I strongly advise AGAINST booking your Disney vacation with Pixie Vacations. Pixie Vacations cancelled our dining plan without our knowledge. We didnt find this out until we got to Disney World, and spent 3 hours trying to sort out the mess. Then we had to pay an additional $640 to have the dining plan re-added. On top of that, the dining plan that was added was for 5 days instead of 6 like we originally requested, so we had to pay out of pocket for our reservations for Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue, or else we were going to be charged $140 for cancelling.
We received an email from Pixie Vacations on 7/19/12 confirming our reservation, which included the dining plan. Then, on October 10, 2012, we received this email from Pixie Vacations travel agent Lesley Sawhook:

Subject: Disney Savings for you today!
Hello,
I've been busy on the phone with Disney applying the new discounts to
reservations and I saved you money today.
Your old total amount owed was $1894.00 and new amount owed is $1694.00 : )

Making Your Vacation Dreams Come True!!!
***NEVER were we told that she cancelled our dining plan in order to get this discount.
Lesley Sawhook claims that I called her and told her to cancel the dining plan because I lost my job. However, this is not true. I NEVER called her and cancelled the dining plan. She claims this is why she sent me the discounted quote on 10/10/12. While I DID lose my job, I lost it on November 13, 2012 - over one month AFTER she claims I called her and had her cancel the meal plan due to losing my job!
Below are the emails exchanged regarding my job loss. In the first email, dated 11/13/12, I notified Lesley about losing my job.

Hi Lesley,
Sorry to bug you, but I made the mistake of giving a 3 week notice at my job (trying to be polite) and they told me to go ahead and leave - I was NOT expecting that! I don't start my new job until December 3rd. So my budget is going to come up short. That's what I get for politeness! Sooooooo.....I am wondering when is final payment due for our Disney vacation, seeing as Christmas is coming up and things are gonna be a little tight......I'm working on redoing my budget now......Thanks!
Sincerely,
Amy
In this second email, Lesley Sawhook responds by suggesting that I consider downgrading my current dining plan, which proves that on 11/13/12, over one month AFTER she now claims I told her to cancel the dining plan, she was aware that we were supposed to have a dining plan reservation:

Oh wow Amy, SO sorry to hear that!! The payment is due January 1st
(there is a little leeway there) and amount owed is $1344.
Let me know. We could always take off preferred room to save money and
downgrade to quick service dine, let me know.

In this last email, also dated 11/13/12, I tell Lesley Sawhook that no, I do not want any changes made to my vacation package reservation:

Hi Lesley,
Thanks for letting me know.....no I am determined to make it all happen. I just need to plan and squeeze squeeze squeeze. It has to be done.
It should be noted from the above emails that:
1) Lesley Sawhook cancelled our dining plan BEFORE I lost my job (as evidenced from her email dated 10/12/12) but failed to tell me she did so and did so without my permission,
2) I did not lose my job until 11/13/12,
3) as of 11/13/12 Lesley Sawhook was aware that our reservation was to include the dining plan requested, and
4) I told Lesley Sawhook that no changes were to be made to my current reservations.
I will never again trust Pixie Vacations to reserve a family vacation for me anywhere. They certainly did NOT make my vacation dreams come true. It was more like they made it a nightmare.
